Semprely provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist and booking tools for local service businesses (each, a "Business"). When you message or book with a Business through Semprely, these terms apply.

Appointment messaging program

When you book with a Business or share your phone number with it, you may opt in to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and cancellation notices, and related service updates from that Business by SMS text message and WhatsApp. This is a transactional program tied to your own appointments — it is not marketing.

• Message frequency varies based on your appointments and activity.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

Providing your phone number when booking is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any service. Your consent is specific to appointment-related messages from the Business you contacted; it is not shared with or used by any other business.
